All of our sites have water, and electric hookups. Just over 1/2 have sewage, and there is a dump station on the property. Rates are based on a family of 6 (2 adults, and 4 children). Cancellation Policy: 100% refund with at least a 14 day notice, 80% refund with at least a 7 day notice, and NO refunds will be given less than 7 days from reservation date.

Each site is priced for a family of 6, any person(s) in excess to 6 is subject to this fee. Not to exceed 8 persons.
2 pet maximum. Pet fee is a 1 time fee, not per night.
Summer Pass covers day use fees are only good for pool use, park use, and pond use, or entry into the park for our bigger events/activities. Summer Pass does not cover extra costs such as boat rentals, camping, or any overnight stay. Children under the age of 4 are FREE.
